Marko Antic

Marko is an educator and designer passionate about creativity and sustainability. Currently a learning designer at UTS, he combines teaching experience and design expertise. Before transitioning into learning design, he taught Fine Art and Art History, nurturing a love for artistic expression and critical thinking in his students.

Marko’s connection to fashion is personal and professional. While studying at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts (Milan), he took fashion materials and drawing courses, building on a family legacy of couture craftsmanship. Fashion remains a personal outlet, with Marko designing and making clothes for himself and his friends.

As the learning designer of this course, Marko blends his artistic background, hands-on design experience, and teaching expertise to inspire students to think critically about the role of sustainability in the fashion industry. His approach encourages innovation and responsibility, empowering students to envision a more thoughtful and sustainable future.
